The loop stays tight: design in the editor, ship to a real device, iterate against actual use. Design and code are the same activity — every decision lives one keystroke away from the other.

No handoffs, no design-to-dev tax, no committee. The cost of being one developer is that I can’t take on everything. The benefit is that the things I do take on get built the long way.
